  1. not to mention the trip to Michaels this morning to buy
    #5 floss (more)
I see this as a way to merge all kinds of stitches to make a very interesting piece... which I know you do ... Andrea... I love the piece you stitched for me... and I look forward to seeing more on your tutorials... :) happy dancing

  3. Way cool! I love it! I have all my materials but haven't started it. So much to knit and stitch and no time. Must find time, must find time, yes I must find time!
Anyone have some I can buy??

  5. Laura - overachiever! Wow! I posted that pic as an example in case some people didn't know what we were talking about! BTW, I love the fact that the back of Hardanger is so neat and tidy. And, #5 is less expensive at Joann's than Michael's - I was in both stores yesterday!

Vanessa - I have to steal time, too - I justify by multi-tasking - laundry in the dryer, dishwasher running, dinner in the crockpot, children napping - my house is cleaning itself, and I can't do anything noisy; must be time to stitch! Or blog!

  6. I know ... BUT it wasnt even too hard ... I got a tad bit frustrated with the threads being gapped too much then I gave in and ignored it and by the time I was finished thought perhaps I was fretting nothing! I guess I can bring my piece to you and see if I did ok ;lol
    :) thankyou

  7. I'll fish out my almost-finished piece from the stitch along - I need to attach beads still (I think that's all that's left - as I recall, the stitch along ended right before the hoidays last year, so it's kind of a blur). Of course, it could be in storage. I don't have a fishing pole that long.
