We'll be doing very little decorating for the holdays this year because most of our stuff is in storage, but this will be a nice addition! And the bookmark i so cute!

Andrea, WOW. I had that in mind when we first were talking about doing something but I couldn't get from finished form to starting form. Yours is better though. I love it. Thanks again.

I agree Andrea! I think that since we have started writing about 1 and a half years ago - that we have learned alot about each other! I think that our sites are very cool - sharing them and our pics gives a huge insight! I look forward to the group!
Andrea, What is the curved stitch you used on the top called and how does one do it? Unless you covered how to do it in a tutorial, in which case I can grab it off your site. Thanks, Colleen
Colleen - it's buttonhole edging, I covered the basics of creating a buttonhole edge in my blog. (I'm thinking as I type, and I don't have the pattern in front of me, so forgive me if it doesn't match up exactly to what you have.) To create the curve, stitch 5 buttonholes on one line, then move down one hole on the next stitch, down one more on the next, and so on until you get to where you want your point, then go back up to the height of your curve. It was fun to do!
